ITUS Subsidiary Files Patent Infringement Lawsuits Against AT&T and Dimension Data
The complaints allege infringement of United States Patent Number 8,477,778 (the " '778 Patent") entitled "Applying Multicast Protocols and VPN Tunneling Techniques to Achieve High Quality of Service for Real Time Media Transport Across IP Networks."
