Cisco Receives Foreign Regulatory Approvals Required to Acquire WebEx

Cisco Systems, Inc. today announced that it has received the remaining foreign regulatory approvals required under the merger agreement for it to consummate the tender offer for all outstanding shares of WebEx Communications, Inc.
